At Moissanite Wholesalers, all orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS with a signature required upon delivery.

Free Overnight Shipping is available on all orders over $500.

Delivery Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Saturday delivery may be available upon request for select shipments.
Custom orders typically require 5-10 business days for manufacturing and are shipped via overnight delivery upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

All canceled orders are subject to our return policy. Please be aware that certain items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
